开搏通治疗肾移植术后红细胞增多症  

Captopril in the treatment of erythrocytosis after renal transplantation

摘　　要：自１９９３年１１月～１９９５年３月，用血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂开搏通治疗肾移植后红细胞增多症９例。结果：服用开搏通２个月后，其过高的血红蛋白明显下降，３个月后有７例红细胞压积（ＨＣＴ）降为正常，另２例分别在开搏通治疗３．５个月和４个月后降为正常，此后ＨＣＴ稳定在正常范围内。１例停药２个月后红细胞增多症复发，但再次服用开搏通效果良好。有２例停药已分别４个月和７个月，至今ＨＣＴ正常。结果显示，开搏通是一种治疗肾移植后红细胞增多症的安全、有效的药物。renal allograft recipients complicating erythrocytosis were treated with captopril.A significant deline of hematocrit was observed two months after the treatment and returned to normal after four months in all. The hematocrit has been stabilized and no patient becomes anemia.One of the patients discontinued captopril and erythrocytosis recurred after two months but satisfactory therapeatic response was observed again after the resumed use of captopril.Another two patients have discontinued captopril for 4 to 7 months with no recurrence of erythrocytosis. Captopril has been well tolerated by all the patients.
