摘 要:用氧化剂存在时布洛芬产生的极谱催化波提高分析灵敏度,用线性单极扫描谱法实现快速测定。在0.08mol/LHAc-NaAc(pH=4.2)支持电解质中,布洛芬于-1.06V处产生一极谱波,当氧化剂K2S2O8存在时,K2S2O8氧化布洛芬羰基还原中间体自由基,使布洛芬再生,产生布洛芬的极谱催化波。其催化波的二次导数峰电流ip与浓度在4.0×10^-8~5.0×10^-7mol/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9980,n=8),检测限为2.0×10^-8mol/L。该方法可用于药物制剂中布洛芬含量的测定。The catalytic wave of ibuprofen in the presence of K2S2O8 is used to improve the analytical sensitivity, the rapid determination of ibuprofen is realized by linear single sweep polarography. In the supporting electrolyte of 0. 08 mol/L HAc-NaAc ( pH = 4.2 ), ibuprofen produced a catalytic wave at -1.06 V. When oxidant K2S2O8 was present, a polarographic catalytic wave was produced because K2S2O8 oxidized the intermediate free radical to regenerate the original c = o group. The peak current of the catalytic wave is rectilinear to the ibuprofen concentration in the range 4.0×10^-8- 5.0×10^-7 mol/L (r =0. 9980,n =8). The detection limit is 2.0×10^-8 mol/L. The proposed method can be applied to the determination of ibuprofen in pharmaceuticals without preliminary separation.
