摘 要:提出了粘稠料浆流动体系非接触式静压测量方法,讨论了该方法中气相压力信号的传递条件和稳定性规律,传递条件理论预测和实验观测值误差小于5%。稳定性规律以空气一水体系为例。在50℃~80℃、120-200kPa范围内,由气液传质引起的测量管内空气柱长度变化量90天内小于原长的5%,满足一般工况下操作周期要求,为该方法的工程实践提供基础。An un-contacted method was developed to measure the static pressure in flowing viscous slurry system by using a transducer filled with air.Based on the thermodynamic law for ideal gas and mass transfer theory,the measurement equations were deduced,the predictions for the value of static pressure at the measuring position are well consistent with the experimental measurements with an error less than 5%.Take air-water system as an example,within the temperature range of 50℃~80℃ and pressure range of 120~200 kPa,the volume change of working medium inside the transducer was less than 5% during a period of 90 days.It indicated that the method was fitted well with the engineering requirement for application in oil,mineral and some other process industry sectors.
