经导管封堵先天性室间隔缺损的临床护理

摘　　要：目的 探讨经导管封堵室间隔缺损（VSD）的护理体会，总结临床护理经验。方法 对181例接受经导管封堵术治疗的VSD患者进行术前准备、术中监护及术后护理的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 181例（1．2～50岁）患者中男99例、女82例，经导管封堵术成功率为96．7％（175／181）。5例全麻惠儿于术后发生呕吐，3例于术后发生了不同程度的心脏传导阻滞，1例于术后10h出现血尿，均经积极治疗与护理康复。无1例因临床护理问题影响康复者。结论 对VSD患者进行精心的术前准备、术中及术后进行严密的监护与观察，有助于保证经导管封堵术的顺利进行及减少并发症，促进患者早日康复。Objective To evaluate and summarize the clinical nursing experience of patients with ventricular septal defect treated by transcathter closure. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 181 patients with ventricular septal defect treated by transcatheter closure before,which included the nursing procedure, during and after operation. Results There were 181 patients（99 male,82 female）. The ages were ranging from 1.2 to 50 years, 175 of the 181 patients had successful closure （96.7%）, 5 patients with general anesthesia vomited after operation. Various degrees of cardiac conduction block were found in 3 patients after operation. Hematuria was found in 1 patients at 10h after operation, All of these patients recovered via actively treatment and careful nursing. Conclusion The careful nursing is helpful in decreasing various complications.
