芭蕉芯和维生素B_6对小鼠草酸钙结晶的抑制作用

摘　　要：观察了维生素Ｂ_６和芭蕉芯提取液对实验性高草酸尿症小鼠体内草酸钙结晶形成的抑制作用。结果发现：湿肾组织钙含量各组之间无显著性差异；湿肾组织草酸含量，维生素Ｂ_６治疗组为０．６９８０±０．４０８２μｍｏｌ／ｇ，芭蕉芯提取液治疗组为０．４０３１±０．２１４７μｍｏｌ／ｇ，均分别明显低于成石组（Ｐ＜０．０５及Ｐ＜０．０１）。偏光显微镜观察发现，服用维生素Ｂ_６及芭蕉芯提取液的小鼠肾脏草酸钙结晶形成明显少于成石组。结果表明：维生素Ｂ_６和芭蕉芯提取液都具有抑制实验性高草酸尿症小鼠肾脏草酸钙结晶形成的作用，其中，芭蕉芯提取液的抑制作用明显比维生素Ｂ_６强。A comparative study of the inhibitory effect of vit.B6 and banana-stem extract on calcium oxalate crystalization was carried out experimentaly in 36 mice, which were divided into 4 groups:the normal,the crystalization,the vit.B6 and the banana-stem extract group. Calcium oxalate crystalization was induced by 1% glycol and 1% ammonium chloride in the last 3 groups.Vit.B6 was then given to the 3rd group and banana-stem extract to the 4th group for 3 weeks,At the end of 3 weeks, all the mice were sacrificed and the kidneys were taken for pathological studies and assayed for calcium oxalate .Crystalization has been significantly less in the vit.B6 group and the banana-stem extract group as compared with the crystalization group, being the least in the banana-stem extract group.Oxalate in renal tissue was also significantly reduced.Both vit.B6 and banana-stem extract had no effect on renal tissue calcium.
