摘 要:目的探讨尿沉渣中的有形成分对UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪结果的干扰因素。方法随机抽取部分本院住院患者和体检人员尿液标本共1 000份,利用UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪、干化学分析仪、尿沉渣镜检分别进行检测,比较各项目的结果。结果UF-100、干化学分析仪能快速、准确地测定尿中的多项参数,但由于存在许多干扰因素,仪器法难免出现部分假阳性和假阴性,故仪器法不能取代尿沉渣镜检法。结论UF-100、干化学分析仪、尿沉渣镜检三者联合应用,则可互补不足,降低了单一方法的假阳性及假阴性率,使结果更准确、快捷,为临床提供最可靠的诊断依据。Objective To evaluate the disturbing factors of the material ingredients in urinary sediments on UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer. Methods One thousand samples of urine taken from hospitalized patients and examined people were tested with UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, chemical dipstick and microscopy. "The results obtained were compared. Results UF-100 and chemical dipstick could test lots of parameter quickly and accurately. Due to many disturbing factors,partial false-positive(FP) and false-negative(FN) results of the apparatus way were hard to avoid,so that it could not replace the microscopy examination for urinary sediments. Conclusion Combined use of UF-100, chemical dipstick and microscopy can replenish mutually, and reduce FP and FN results by single methods. It also raises the precision and accuracy, and offers the most credible diagnostic gist for clinic.
