摘 要:工业大用户的窃电问题,严重损坏了电力企业的利益,使用用电管理系统可以及时发现窃电现象的发生以及窃电地点并采取相应的措施,对供电局具有重要的现实意义。GPRS通信方式具有实时性强、建设成本低、覆盖范围广等特点,非常适合用于工业大用户的用电管理系统。为此,介绍了串口/GPRS转换核心模块和基于该核心模块的二次加工后的双向数据转换传输设备,为串口设备进行GPRS通信提供了简单的实现方法。基于GPRS通信方式的用电管理系统,为防止窃电和加强供用电分析管理提供了一种手段。Electric larceny in industrial huge users severely damages the benefits of power enterprises, so power consuming administrative system on industrial huge users is very important to power supply bureaus for its capability in timely locating electric larceny. The communication mode of general packct radio service (GPRS) has the excellence of real time response, low construction costs, wide coverage, ctc, so it is very suitable for the power consuming administrative system on industrial huge users. In this paper, GPRS-bascd power consuming administrative system and its smart collecting units are described in detail. The serial-port/GPRS converting kernel module and the more well-rounded bidirectional data conversion and transfer equipment are presented. The GPRS-based power consuming administrative system providcs a solution to electric larceny prevention and the improvement on power supply/consumption analysis and management.
