避免伽玛刀治疗定位误差的研究

摘　　要：为防止伽玛刀立体定位误差，所设研究分１人、２人、３人核查组。结果表明１人核查组的误差率远高于２人核查组和３人核查组（ｕ检验，Ｐ＜０．０５）。根据研究结果制订出操作常规。经复查１０８例病人，未出现定位误差的病例。To avoid inaccuracy of location of gamma knife,patients were divided intol person,2 person and 3 pcrson checkup groups.The results showed that the inaccuracy rate in 1 person checkup group was significantly higher than 2 person or 3 person checkup groups(u test,P<0.05).The operative rules were formulated according to the results of this study.A checkup study on 108 patients revealed no inaccuracy of location.
