摘　　要：针对数字化社区电视监控系统的工程需求和市场现状,对多媒体监控系统的实现进行了重点研究,设计了适应本地和远程监控的分散式多媒体监控方案,并将其成功地应用于某数字化社区示范工程。Aiming to the engineering specifications and current situation of market for video monitoring system in digital communities, a research of the realization of multimedia monitoring system providing a solution of the distributed multimedia monitoring system ,which is suitable for both local and remote monitoring were carried out and it has a successful application in some digital communities.
