摘 要:应用IFAT,从合肥市妇幼保健院出生的新生儿脐血和母亲血清中,均检测到RV抗体的存在,抗体阳性率分别为61.5%和80.9%。血清抗体阳性率与气温呈负相关,冬季阳性率显著地大于夏季。母亲RV抗体滴度高于新生儿抗体滴度。研究结果表明,新生儿RV感染与血清抗体分布是不平行的;感染和非感染RV的新生儿血清抗体阳性率基本相同。提示血清抗体不能使新生儿免受RV感染。In Hefei city, 335 sera from babies and 141 sera from mothers were tested with IFAT(Indirect Fluorescent antibody technique) for the presence of antibody against rotavirus, It was found that 114 ma- ternal sera (80.9%) and 206 neonatal cord sera (61.5%) were positivie. The geometric mean titer of antibody against rotavirus for mothers and babies were 1:23.5 and 1:20 respectively. The infection rate was reversely correlated with temperature and the highest during winter, The positive rate of pregnant mothers' antibodies was significantly higher than that of neonates. The positive rates of antibody for babies with RV and without RV were similar. It indicated that antibody could not prevent neonate from rotavirus
