摘　　要：本文对cdma2000-1x无线链路协议(RLP)进行了深入研究,并就其与上层接口的发送策略提出了解决方案,在实际应用中,该方案使系统在QoS控制、物理信道利用率等方面达到了较好效果。Based on the research of radio link protocol of cdma2000-1x , a novel solution for transmit strategy of interface to the upper layers is proposed herein, which implements the interface to the upper layers effectively and achieves better performances in 3G systems, such as QoS control, physical channel efficiency, etc.
