摘　　要：本文介绍了采用MapX开发城市管网信息系统的具体过程,并对系统的设计原则、结构设计及功能设计等方面的内容进行了深入分析;为城市规划及管理部门提供了科学管理、科学建设城市的决策依据。The paper introduces the concrete development process of the city pipe-nets management system designed by MapX. The principle of design, the design of structure and the design of function are thorough analyzed in the paper. For city planning and management department it provide necessary foundation of scientific management and scientific planning of city.
