摘　　要：本文提出了半导体激光器恒温控制器的GPIB标准接口的设计方案。GPIB接口属于8位并行通用接口,广泛应用于智能测量仪器的程控功能。本文介绍一种GPIB接口的硬件电路及软件设计方法,硬件电路主要是由能与微处理器直接相连的专用接口芯片NAT9914构成。A design scheme of GPIB standard interface for constant temperature control of semiconductor laser diode. GPIB interface is a 8-bit general parallel interface. It is widely used in program-controlled function of intelligent test-control instrument. In this paper, we introduce the hardware of circuit and software route scheme of GPIB interface. The GPIB interface is composed by the special interface chip NAT9914,which can be directly connected with microprocessor unit.
