河北省专利发展与R&D投入的计量模型分析

摘　　要：在建立各省市及企业专利发展计量分析模型的基础上,对河北省的专利发展的影响因素进行了计量分析,明确了河北省加大R&D活动投入强度、提高R&D活动投入效率、加快专利发展的工作重点。This paper analyzes the quantitative difference of patents and the input of manpower, input of funds in various provinces and various kinds of enterprises by the econometrics models. The difference inefficiency of patent output is analyzed and the way to improve the current condition is put forward.
