摘　　要：综述了水蛭素的生物学特性和理化性质，以及水蛭素的结构及其与功能关系的研究进展，叙述了水蛭素作为抗栓剂比肝素的优越之处，讨论了水蛭素羧端１２肽的抗栓性能。The biological characteristics,physical and chemical properties of hirudin,and its structure are reviewed.Studies on the relationship between structure and function of hirudin are also mentioned.Antithrombotic effect of hirudin is compared with heparin.The dodecapeptide modeled on the carboxy terminus of hirudin is an equal candidate for the development of antithrombotic agent.
