摘 要:添加酰胺类β型成核剂制备了高水平β晶型聚丙烯(β-iPP),用差示量热扫描仪(DSC)手段研究了其非等温结晶行为,对所得数据用修正A vram i方程的Jeziorny法和莫志深法进行处理。结果表明:β型成核剂NA-BW的加入可提高聚丙烯的结晶度以及峰值结晶温度,当降温速率为10°C/m in时,纯聚丙烯和β晶型聚丙烯的结晶温度分别为110和116°C,同时也明显地提高聚丙烯的结晶速度,在5°C/m in降温速率下,纯聚丙烯和β晶型聚丙烯的t1/2分别是2.19和1.78 m in。The non-isothermal crystallization behaviors of polypropylene nucleated by β-form nucleating agent were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The modified Avarmi theories of Jeziorny and Mo method were used to analyze the DSC data. The results show that the addition of β-form nucleating agent can increase the crystallization degrees of polypropylene and also heighten the peak value of crystallization temperature of polypropylene; when cooling rate is 10 ℃/min the crystalliza- tion temperature of virgin iPP and β-iPP is 110℃and 116 ℃ respectively; meanwhile, it can improve the crystallization rate of polypropylene; when cooling rate is 5℃/min the tl/2 of virgin iPP and β-iPP is 2.19 min and 1.78 rain respectively.
