摘　　要：针对虚拟企业伙伴选择最优化问题,分析了伙伴选择过程中应考虑的因素及应遵循的原则,在此基础上给出了伙伴选择的各种定性和定量方法,并介绍了使用层次分析法以及遗传算法模型进行伙伴选择的方法与过程.Analyzes the factors should be considered and the rules should be obeyed in the process of selecting cooperation partners of VE, on the basis of this, gives some qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to select cooperation partners, introduces the way and process to select cooperation partners by the analysis hierarchy process and genetic algorithm model.
