摘 要:针对江南风光车尾气后处理的实际情况,从降低发动机冷起动时HC排放的角度,运用HC吸附式催化转化器与主催化转化器相结合的排气系统,通过分析软件,对排气管径分别为50,60,70 mm的催化转化器壳体内的气流的流场特性进行分析,结果表明在相同的催化器锥角条件下,排气管管径为50 mm时,催化转化器内气体的流速最均匀,从而能达到较高的废气转化效率,经试验,排放优于欧Ⅱ标准的要求。此外,本文对消声器进行了设计,采用阻抗复合型两级消声器。In Jiangna Scenery car the exhaust system, in which HC adsorption catalyst converter is combined with main catalyst converter, is used in order to decrease HC emission during the cold-starting of the engine. The flowing characteristics of the fluid in catalyst converter, in which the exhaust pipe diameter of 50, 60 and 70 mm is separately used, are analyzed by the analytic software. The results show that under the same converter' s cone angle in the converter in which exhaust pipe ofSO mm in diameter is used the fluid velocity is more uniform than the other case, and the highest exhaust gas transform efficiency is obtained in this case. The test results indicate that the emission is better than Euro-Ⅱ level. In addition, the muffler is designed in this paper, and the impedance compound double grad mufflers are adopted.
