用工控PC实现对SoVeMa穿壁焊机轴控系统的改造

摘　　要：SoVeMa(索维玛)公司生产的穿壁焊机是我国蓄电池行业大量引进的产品,但其轴控系统故障相对较多(特别是老机型)。通过对其总体控制系统的研究,特别是对其上位计算机和PLC之间接口信号的深入研究,找到了用工控PC取代原设备的上位计算机控制系统的入口,开发了与原设备功能相同的核心控制软件,并将原设备的英文显示界面改造为中文界面,实现了对SoVeMa穿壁焊机轴控系统的改造。本改造项目已成功应用于湖北骆驼蓄电池股份有限公司襄樊分公司。The through-wall welding machine produced by SoVeMa Co. is widely imported by domestic battery production factories. But it appears that its axis-control system is relatively weak especially for its early types. The whole control system and especially the interface signals between its host-computer and PLC are thoroughly researched. And an industrial PC system including a set of kernel software is substituted for the axiscontrol system of SoVeMa through-wall welding machine. The PC system can perform all the functions of SoVeMa axis control system and its display interface is Chinesecharacterized. The substitution has been successfully realized in Xiangfan Branch, Hubei Camel Battery Ltd.
