银翘片治疗感冒(风热证)临床疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:评价银翘片(银花、连翘、薄荷等)治疗风热感冒的临床疗效和副作用。方法:将受治的96例风热感冒患者随机分为治疗组72例和对照组24例,治疗组采用银翘片按8片(0.35 g/片)每日2次吞服,疗程3天;对照组采用感冒退热颗粒按2袋(4.5 g/袋)每日3次冲服,疗程3天。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.29%,对照组总有效率为91.67%,两组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组均无明显副作用。结论:银翘片治疗风热感冒安全有效。AIM： To assess the clinic and side effect of Yinqiao Tablet in the treatment of wind-heat type common cold. METHODS： Ninty-six cases with wind-heat type common cold were randomly divided into two groups, the experiment group and control group. Seventy-two patients of experiment group were treated with Yinqiao Tablet eight pills （0.35 g/p） twice per day for three days, while the others in control group were treated with Ganmao Tuire Granule two bags （4.5 g/b） three times per day for three days. RESULTS： The total effective rates of two groups were 94.29% and 91.67% respectively with no significant differences found between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. And there were no side effects in two groups. CONCLUSION： The Yinqiao Tablet is effective and safety in treating wind-type common cold.
