摘 要:应用SEM-EDXA和ESCA分析手段,以溴作标记,定量研究了胶粘剂在涂层z向和涂层表面的浓度分布,讨论了涂布过程中干燥温度、滞留时间(涂料施涂于原纸到进入干燥器的停留时间)和涂布量对迁移的影响,并对迁移机理进行了理论探讨。结果表明,迁移程度与干燥温度和涂布量成正比,随滞留时间延长而减少。The z-dlrection distribution of the coating binder which was tagged with Br in coating layer and its concentration in eoating surface were examined quantitatively by using SEM-EDXA and ESCA analysis. During coating process the drying rate, dwell time from coating device to dryer and coating weight affect the binder migration. The mechanism of binder migration was proposed. The results indicated that the degree of binder migration is directly proportional to the drying temperature and coating weight, but reduces with extending the dwell time.
