完善高校办学条件指标体系的分析思考

摘　　要：2004年1月教育部颁发了重新修订的《普通高等学校基本办学条件指标》。新指标体系比旧指标体系有了许多改进。但从现实情况看,新体系在“生师比”、“生均图书”、“生均教学仪器设备值”等方面还存在一定问题,在“外聘教师数量”、“图书藏量计算”、“在校生计算办法”等方面也还有进一步完善的余地。In January 2004, the Ministry of Education issued the revised Indexes of Basic Conditions for Running Regular Colleges and Universities. Though the new index system has many improvements compared with the old one, it still has some problems in student-teacher ratio, number of library volumes per student, and the value of teaching instrument per student, and there is much area for improvement in ＂the number of engaged teachers from the outside＂, ＂the computing of library volumes＂, and the ＂method of calculating enrolled students＂.
