摘  要:目的:研究人体正常骨盆和髋臼指数为60°骨盆髋臼模型的生物力学变化。方法:收集5~12岁的大龄儿童新鲜骨盆标本10具分别测量标本几何尺寸并进行标准化,采用应变电测法及特种压力传感器,分别对正常标本和人工破坏后(髋臼指数60°)标本,进行模拟人体在双足站立位,单足站立位两种体位下和四级加载压力下(5kg、10kg、15kg、20kg)进行髋臼的多点测定,同时互相比较。测试结果使用SPSS软件处理并进行t检验。结果:人工破坏后骨盆标本与正常骨盆标本髋臼各点的生物力学变化有显著性和极显著性差异P〈0.05;P〈0.01。结论:大龄儿童先天性髋关节脱位髋臼各点的应力产生了质变,显著改变了正常髋臼的生物力学曲线。Objective:To discuss the changes of acetabulum biomechanics of normal pelvic and pelvic with acetabulum index 60°. Methods: 10 pelvic specimens at 5-12 ages were collected, their geometrical size was measured and standarized. Multi-points of acetabulum and two-position ones including simultaneous stand by both feet or one foot in normal pelvic and pelvic after breakage (acetabulum index 60°) under 5kg, 10kg, 15kg and 20kg load were measured and compared. The results were analyzed by SPSS and t-test. Results :There was difference and significant difference in acetabulum biomechanics between pelvic after breakage and normal pelvic (P 〈 0.05, P〈 0.01). Conclusion :Acetabulum of congenical hip dislocation in older children changes qualitatively, markedly changes in biomechanics curve of normal acetabulum.
