摘　　要：目的:探讨一种应用普通低温无菌保存自体骨瓣、二期行颅骨修补的方法。方法:一期手术取得的自体骨瓣修整后行普通低温无菌保存,二期手术前煮沸消毒后行颅骨修补术,术后常规抗炎、对症治疗等。共计16例。结果:所有病例塑形、切口愈合良好,1例并发皮下积液,行穿刺加压包扎后治愈;无继发出血、脑脊液漏、感染、皮瓣缺血坏死、骨瓣外露、癫痫发作等并发症。术后半年复查X线片,2例患者的骨窗与骨瓣间隙模糊,提示有骨性愈合。无精神心理障碍。结论:普通低温无菌保存自体骨瓣、原位二期颅骨修补术是一种安全有效、易于推广的颅骨修补方法。Objective： To discuss the application of self bone flap preserved in common hypothermia and sterile condition in mending skull defect. Methods：The self bone flaps in 16 cases were preserved in common hypothermia and sterile condition after onestage operation,and used to mend skull defect after boiling and sterizing. The routine antiinflammatory and symptomatic treatment were taken after operation. Results： All 16 cases had well mounding and healing. 1 of 16 cases complicated with suboutaneous fluid, then cured with pressure dressing after being punctured. No secondary hemorrhage, CSF leakage, infection, ischemia and necrosis of skin flaps, revealed implant,seizure occured. X-ray film of 2 cases rechecking after half a year showed unclear interspace between bone window and bone flap, which indicated synostosis. There was no mental disorder. Conclusion： Skull neoplasty with self bone flap preserved in common hypothermia and sterile condition is a safe, effective and applicable technique.
