摘　　要：介绍了一种因特网技术,XML。基于电能质量数据交换格式(PQDIF),提出了一种用XML描述PQDIF文件的方法,并给出实例。最后,给出两种利用XML实现数据共享的交换模型。A well-known Internet technology, the XML is introduced. Based on the Power Quality Data Interchange Format （PQDIF）, a method for describing PQDIF files in XML is proposed and some examples are given. In the end, two data-exchanging models using XML are presented to facilitate the sharing of data.
