摘　　要：在对变电站监控系统图形的平移、无级缩放有关问题的研究的基础上,提出了一种实现算法,并给出了为保证图形变换的质量所采取的有效措施。On the base of study in the shift and zoom of the graphics in the supervising system of sunbstation , present with the implemention arithmetic and come up with the measures to ensure the graphics transpositional quality.
