摘 要:采用高剪切工艺,制备了三种废旧橡胶粉改性沥青;利用针入度指数法评价了改性沥青的感温性,采用当量软化点、当量脆点、4℃延度评价了改性沥青的高温稳定性和低温稳定性。结果表明,改性沥青的感温性得到很大程度的改善,当量软化点提高约7℃,当量脆点降低(8~10)℃,4℃延度提高20cm,说明废旧橡胶粉对沥青的感温性改性效果显著。Three kinds of crumb rubber modified asphalts were made of using high-rate cutting process in this experiment. Penetration Index (PI) was used to evaluate the temperature sensitivity of modified asphalts, equivalent softening point, equivalent fraass breaking point, ductility (4℃) were used to evaluate high temperature stability and low temperature stability of modified asphalts, respectively. The experimental results indicated that the temperature sensitivity of modified asphalts was improved in a great degree, equivalent softening point was heightened about 7℃, equivalent fraass breaking point was declined 10℃ and ductility (4℃) was heightened 20 cm. The temperature sensitivity of asphalt was improved significantly by crumb rubber.
