摘 要:本文介绍了传染性微粒的传播途径与特性;指出对于以飞沫和空气气溶胶方式传播的微生物,传染性隔离病房可以有效地控制污染源和切断传播途径;介绍了隔离病房通风空调系统设计方面的一些经验,包括空调系统、气流流向、房间气流组织、房间压力控制、换气次数、电气、自控、节能等方面的要求。由于我国隔离病房设计和施工的标准规范一直不健全,各个单位的做法也不一致,还有很多需要进一步研讨的地方,笔者希望与业内同行共商榷。In this paper, the transmission routes and characteristics of infectious particles are introduced As for the microorganism which can transmit in droplet and aerosol forms, it is an effective means to control the pollutant sources and cut off the transmission routes for infectious isolation wards. The experiences In the design of the air conditioning and ventilating system for infectious isolation wards are discussed, which include air conditioning system, airflow direction, air distribution, negative pressure controlling, air changes, electrical supply, controlling system and energy conservation etc. Besides, the distempered standards of design and construction for isolation wards, and something different in doing it for different company, all above are vet2 essential for further research.
