摘  要:用有限元法对某型三牙轮钻头的2号牙轮-牙爪进行了静力计算,求得不同轴承间隙时牙爪轴颈及止推面上的接触应力分布规律。大轴颈上接触面法向应为沿轴线分布不均匀,靠近根部应力最大,沿轴颈轴线方向逐渐减小,但在卡簧槽边处又升高;小轴颈上应力比大轴颈小。在钻压加扭矩共同作用下,牙爪轴颈和止推面上的压应力分布不对称,接触区域发生偏移,止推面上接触区偏移较多。轴承间隙对轴颈应力的影响大于对止推面应力的影响。A static analysis of the No.2 leg-cone of a tricone bit is conducted by the finite element method,and the distribution pattern of the contact stress on the leg journal and thrust surface with different bearing clearances is worked out. The distribution of the normal stress on the contact surface of the large journal along the axis is non-uniform, and the stress on the small journal is less than that on the large journal.Under the combined action of the drill pressure and torque, the distribution of the compressive stress on the journal and thrust surface is asymmetric, and the contact zone is offset. The influence of the bearing clearance on the stress on the journal is greater than that on the stress on the thrust sulface.
