摘　　要：农产品质量安全直接影响人们的健康甚至生命,关系到社会的稳定和经济的可持续发展。化学性污染尤其是农药残留是造成农产品质量安全隐患的主要原因,只有改变旧的植保理念,建立新的植保模式,才能适应新世纪安全农产品生产的客观要求,并为今后我国农业的健康稳定和可持续发展奠定基础。The quality security of agricultural products directly influences people＇s health even life. It concerns sustainable development of economy and stability of society. Chemical pollution, especially residues of pesticides, is the main reason which causes potential safety hazard of agricultural products. It is only the old concept of plant protection changed and new mode of plant protection set up, that the demand of safe agricultural production of new century be met and foundation of proper, stable and sustainable development of agriculture in the future China be laid.
