由C_(10)重芳烃分离制备高纯度β-甲基萘

摘　　要：以副产 C1 0 重芳烃为原料 ,通过精馏分离制备纯度≥ 90 %的甲基萘 (含 β 甲基萘和 α 甲基萘 ) ,经冷冻、分离制得纯度为 97%的 β 甲基萘。用乙醇重结晶或用溶剂洗涤法可制得高纯度 ( 99% )的 β 甲基萘。β 甲基萘可用于合成维生素 K、口服避孕药、2 ,6萘二羧酸等。The methylnaphthalene(included βmethynaphthalene and αmethylnaphthalene) were prepared by distilled C 10 heavy aromatic hydrocarbon, the purity of βmet hylnaphthalene and αmethylnaphthalene is ≥90%. And then the βmethylnaphthalene was purified further by freezing separation, its purity can be reached 97%. The purity of βmethylnaphthalene can be reached ≥99% after make use of recrystallization with ethylacohol or wash with solvents. The βmethylnaphthalene can be used to prepare vitamin K, oralcontraceptive and 2,6naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, etc.
