摘　　要：信息网络传播视听节目这种新型传媒正在影响着人们的工作、生活,为有效地对信息网络传播视听节目进行管理,建立信息网络传播视听监管系统是广播电视行政管理的工作职责。本文对信息网络传播视听节目的管理必要性、监管的内容、监管的主要功能进行阐述,并介绍了江苏省信息网络传播视听节目监管系统的组成和应用。The Management ofaudio—visual programstransmitted over aninformation network is a new problem for Radio and TV system At present there is still no any effective means to control,monitor and manage the contents of network audio—visual programs The composition and application of the Jiangsu Provincial monitoring and management system fi,r audio-visual programs transmitted over an information network are introduced in more detail and the necessity and main functions ofthe monitoring and management are analyzed
