摘 要:采用自主研制的移动式生物法废气净化中试装置对某制药厂污水站含H2S废气进行净化试验.研究了生物滴滤床(BTF)和生物滤床(BF)对H2S的去除效果及系统的稳定性.试验表明,BTF和BF工艺均能有效地去除废气中H2S,且运行稳定,在循环液温度为30℃、pH值分别为2.0和4.0,EBRT分别为13.5 s和18.4 s时,BTF和BF的平均去除效率>95%,H2S去除负荷极限分别为213.0 g/(m3.h)和149.8 g/(m3.h),当气量一定时,两系统H2S去除效率基本不受进气浓度影响.当BTF和BF的ΔP分别大于294.2和858.0 Pa/m填料时,H2S去除效率<85%;当BTF循环液中SO42-浓度>51.68 g/L时,系统H2S的去除效率<85%.A pilot-scale biofiltration system was installed in a pharmaceutical factory and the removal of H2S/odor from a wastewater treatment plant was studied. The result confirms that H2 S can be degraded effectively in biotrickling filter(BTF) and biofilter(BF). The average remove efficiency is more than 95% in both BTF and BF at an empty-bed residence time of 13.5 s and 18. 4 s, pH of 2.0 and 4.0, and corresponding to a maximum elimination capacity of 213.0 g/(m^3· h) and 149.8 g/(m^3 · h), respectively, when the temperature was 30℃. There is little influence of H2 S inlet concentration on the removal efficiency. The removal efficiency of H2 S becomes less than 85M when the pressure drop is greater than 294.2 Pa/mpacking for BTF and 858.0 Pa/ mpaeking for BF, and the H2S removal efficiency of BTF is below 85 % when the accumulated concentration of SO4^2- was larger than 51.68 g/L.
