摘　　要：基于视频系统实现主动监视难的问题,对智能跟踪视频监视系统的软硬件设计进行研究和探讨。分析了国内外最新设计或产品的特点,分析了它们的不足,基于目前先进的图像处理技术,提出新的解决办法实现系统的自动跟踪,并进行了实验。This paper presents research and discussions on the projects of smart surveillance systems based on the present trouble of active surveillance. Several domestic and foreign inventions and designs are analyzed, and some scarcities are found. Then new methods are proposed to realize auto-tracking surveillance. And some related experimentations have been carried out.
