摘 要:制备了多种载体负载P2O5的催化剂,用于合成C9树脂。得到了一种效果较佳的固体酸催化剂──SiO2负载35.5%的P2O5。与传统的C9树脂制备方法相比,解决了以往C9树脂生产过程的废水污染及脱催化剂过程中因乳化而难以分离的问题,即直接用过滤的方法来脱除催化剂。由此法制得的树脂,收率以可聚合体量计可达60%,软化点在80℃以上。he solid phosphate oxides loaded on different carriers are employed as catalysts for the synthesis of petroleum resin. The catalyst can be easily removed by filtration after the reaction by using the present method,whereas it is more difficult to separate the catalysts from the reaction liquor as encountered in the conventional preparation method because of emulsification. Besides,a large amount of waste water is produced in the latter case. The research indicates that the solid catalysts,SiO2 containing 35. 5% P2O5,is regarded as the optimum one for the polymerization of C9 fractions,which gives petroleum resin of a softening point above 80℃ with 60% yield.
