摘  要:胀合液压力的大小在双层管液压成形过程中起着决定性作用,因此准确地确定胀合液压力的工作范围至关重要。基于弹塑性理论,并结合试验研究,得到了胀合液压力与残余接触压力及外层管外壁环向应力之间的对应关系。结果表明:胀合液压力的工作范围及残余接触压力的试验值和理论计算符合良好,计算数据与试验值之间的最大误差为5.5%,为液压胀合双层管的工业生产和进一步理论研究提供较为科学的依据。It is very important to accurately determine the range of the hydro - expanding pressure during fabrication of double - layer tubes, for the quality of which depends only on the hydro- expanding pressure. Based on elastic- plastic theory and experimental study, the relationships between the hydro - expanding pressure and the residual contact pressure as well as the hoop stress at the external surface of outer tube were obtained. The results show that the range of the hydro- expanding pressure and the residual contact pressure in the experiment are both in good agreement with those in theory with a maximum error of 5.5 %. These efforts can provide theoretical references to engineering application and further research.
