牛蒡子口腔崩解片的处方研究

摘　　要：目的确定牛蒡子口腔崩解片的处方。方法采用正交设计法选择牛蒡子口腔崩解片的处方。结果确定牛蒡子口腔崩解片处方中主要的成分配比为:交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8%,微晶纤维素25%,α-乳糖25%。结论确定了牛蒡子口腔崩解片的处方,但是此片剂口感一般,须进一步研究。OBJECTIVE To determine the formulation of the rapidly disintegrating oral tablet of Arctium lappa L. METHODS Formulae of the rapidly disintegrating oral tablet were selected with a method of orthogonal design. RESULTS The percentage of the major ingredients in the formulation of the tablets was determined;PVPP8 % ,MCC 25 % ,and α-lactose 25 %. CONCLUSION The formulation of the oral tablets was optimized. Since the taste of the medication was not good enough,Studies on palatability should be carried out in the nest step.
