HPLC法测定克炎肿片中三羟乙基芦丁的含量

摘　　要：目的建立了一种快速、准确的高效液相色谱法测定克炎肿片中三羟乙基芦丁的含量。方法色谱柱:Hypersil ODS2(5μm 4.0×250mm),流动相:乙腈-10%冰乙酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH值至3.5)(10∶100),检测波长:254nm,流速:1.0m l.m in-1,柱温45℃。结果三羟乙基芦丁在1.460μg^2.711μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000);平均回收率为99.8%(n=9,RSD=0.5%)。结论本法快速准确、精密度好,可作为控制克炎肿片质量的方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid and accurate method for determining trihydroxyethyrutin in keyanzhong table by HPLC. METHODS The analytical column was Hypersil ODS2 （5μm ,4.0 × 250mm）, The mobile phase was consisted of the acetonitrile-10% acetic acid （use triethylamine adjusts the solutions pH3. 5）（10 s 100）,The detection wavelength was at 254nm,The elution was performed at the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-1, with temperature at 45℃. RESULTS There were good linear relationship for Trihydroxyethyrutin within the range of 1. 460μg-2. 711μg, r=1. 000. The average recoveries were99.8 % （n=9,RSD= 0. 5 % ）.CONCLUSION The method is rapid ,accurate and can be used for the drug quality control.
