摘  要:目的妇科千金微丸的质量标准研究。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别当归、穿心莲、党参,用HPLC法测定穿心莲内酯与脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。ODS桂(250×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(55:45)。检测波长:224nm、250nm;流速:0.8ml·min^-1;柱温:30℃。结果能准确对当归、穿心莲、党参进行定性鏊刺。穿心莲内酯与脱水穿心莲内酯分别在0.0411~0.6172μg与0.0519~O.7785μg呈良好线性关系。结论本方法快速、简使、准确、重现性好。OBJECTIVE To study the quality standard for Fukeqianjin Micropill. METHODS TLC was used to qualitatively differentiate among Radix Angelicae,Herba Andrographis and Radix Codonopsis. HPI.C was used to measure the content of andrographolide and 14-deoxy-11, 12-didehydroandrographolide in Fukeqianjin Micropill. A Neuocedur C18 Column was used,with the mobile phase of methamol-water(55 : 45). The flow rate was 0. 8ml · nin^-1 ,and the detective wavelength were 224nm and 250nm. RESULTS Radix Angelicae,Herba Andrographis and Radix Codonopsis could be differentiated qualitatively by TLC. The linear ranges of andrographolide and 14-deoxy-11, 12-didehydroandrographolide were 0. 0411 - 0. 6172 μg and 0. 0519 -0. 7785μg, respectively. CONCLUSION The methods is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used for the auantitative determination of Fukeaianiin Micropill.
