摘　　要：现阶段医疗质量管理面临的问题:①医保制度的实施对医患产生重大影响;②市场机制引入使医疗行业竞争加剧;③医院的运行机制和管理存在不足;④医疗期望值和现实反差增加了医患矛盾;⑤不同收入存在不同医疗需求。应对措施:①更新观念、强化意识,提高医疗质量;②建立有效的质量管理体系;③强化医疗质量标准化管理;④加强人才、学科建设。Current quality management of medical care is faced with several problems： ①The execution of medical reforming has brought important influences on the physician - patient relationship. ②The introduction of market mechanism has promoted the competition in medical industry. ③Defects are still present in the running mechanism and management of hospital. ④The contrast between expectation to medical care and realistic level increased the contradiction between doctors and patients. ⑤The individuals with different income levels have different medical requirements. Following dealing measures suggest： ① Our conception should be further renewed, our ideas should be intensified, and medical quality should be improved; ② Effective system of quality management must be established; ③Standardized management of medical quality should be strengthened; ④Personnel culturing and discipline building must be enforced.
