摘　　要：利用铸造软件MAGMAsoft对底杯铸件充型状态、凝固过程的温度场、流场、应力场进行了模拟。对铸件充型过程、温度场变化及所产生的缺陷进行了分析,依据分析结果对工艺进行了改进,最终实现较为理想的模拟结果。Using cast software MAGMAsoft to simulate bottom cup casting in this text. Mainly including temperature field, flow field simulation of the state of filling, solidify course. It has analyzed filling behavior, temperature field changing and defect that might produce and improved the technolcgy utilized the analysis result then received the more ideal simulation result.
