摘 要:开发了一个基于虚拟仪器的扫描电子束钎焊系统,采用四叶形扫描轨迹对四毛细管-板结构件进行钎焊,升温速度采用PID控制方法。结果表明:扫描电子束钎焊中最高温度为1 050℃时,钎焊接头质量满足结构技术规范,此情况下钎焊接头平均升温速度为25℃/s,高温停留时间为10 s,温度控制精度为±1℃,避免了薄壁毛细管出现溶蚀、熔穿和堵塞等缺陷。A scanning electron beam brazing (SEBB) system was developed based on virtual instruments. By means of the SEBB system, experiments of the structure of four capillary tubes to a plate were carried out with a four-leaf scanning track and PID control method of heating-up velocity. The quality of brazing joints met the technical specification of structure when the highest temperature of joints during SEBB was 1 050℃. Under these circumstances, the average heating-up velocity of brazing joints was 25℃/s, the holding time at the high temperature was 10 s, the temperature control precision was ±1℃, and the defects such as erosion, penetration or clogging of thin wall tubes could be avoided.
