摘 要:目的:探讨逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复下肢软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:共13例患者,其中胫前中、下段5例,踝周、足背及足跟部8例,外伤创面及肉芽创面6例,慢性溃疡创面4例,Ⅱ型糖尿病合并足跟糖尿病性溃疡创面3例。皮瓣面积最大25cm×12cm,最小10cm×6cm。结果:13例中12例生长良好,1例皮瓣末端部分表皮坏死,经换药后愈合。随访3个月~2年,皮瓣质地良好,并有部分感觉恢复。结论:腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣是修复下肢软组织缺损的一种可供选择的理想方法。Objective To explore the effect of the revered sural neurocutaneous flap in reconstruction of leg defects. Methods All the 13 cases with leg defects,included 5 cases of defects in the middle and distal one third of anterior tibia,8 cases of defects around the ankle,foot dorsum and heel, 6 cases of defects after trauma, 4 cases of defects with ulcer,3 cases of defects with glycosuria.The maximal size of the flap was 25cm×12cm, while the minimal size was 10cm×6cm. Results 12 of flaps suevied well,while 1 flaps had distal partial necrosis and healed after dressing change.The follow-up from 3 months to 2 years showed that all flaps were satisfactory. Conclusion It is an ideal method to reconstruct leg defects with revered sural neurocutaneous flap.
