摘 要:目的探讨绳梯样固定器治疗长管状骨粉碎骨折的力学特性。方法采用有限元的分析方法,根据人体股骨几何形状、尺寸及材料参数建立股骨模型,模仿骨折后用钢板和绳梯样固定器固定,在不同载荷及边界条件分析工况(工况指实验的力学状态),比较两种内固定方式抗折弯、抗扭转应力及应力遮挡率。结果在轴向载荷或弯曲载荷作用下,对比钢板连接,绳梯样固定器在股骨断面上应力分布均匀,且均为压应力,应力遮挡率低。对于连接器和股骨组成的整个系统来说,绳梯样固定器抗折弯能力和抗扭转力强于钢板固定。结论股骨粉碎骨折后用绳梯样固定器固定比钢板更符合生物力学要求,有利于骨折愈合。Objective To study the mechanical features of rope ladder fixator for comminuted fractures of long tubular bone. Methods Firstly, the femur model was founded with analytical method of finite element according to the femoral size and material parameter. Then the femoral model fractures were fixed with plate and rope ladder fixator respectively. At last the anti bending and the anti-torsion and the resisting compression effects of the two fixators were analyzed in different load and boundary condition. Results Under the axial and bending load, contrast to the plate, the rope ladder fixator has well-contributed stress and lower resisting compression effects on the femoral sections, it has more anti-torsion effects and is multi lateral and more reasonable internal fixation. Conclusion The rope ladder fixator for the comminuted femoral fractures has more coincidence with biomechanics and has more effects on the union of the femoral fracture than the plate fixation.
