摘　　要：研制了一种可模拟破碎机易损件板锤、锤头等冲击磨损工况的WM-1型冲击磨损试验机,结构简单、合理,操作方便。经试验验证,该试验机对材料的变化敏感,并能正确评定材料的磨损特性,从而为破碎机易损件板锤、锤头等的选材和实际应用提供有力的参考依据。An impact wear tester WM-1 was developed for simulating the operating conditions in which wearing parts of crusher suffer. It has a simple and reasonable configuration and is convenient for users to operate. The results show that the tester is sensitive to the variations of materials and the wear resistance of materials can be evaluated correctly. Consequently, it can provide the powerful references for selecting materials of wearing parts of crusher such as board hammer and hammer head etc. in the practical application.
