摘  要:研究了新型耐磨耐热材料———球墨铸钢。通过对钢液进行适当的球化处理,铸态组织直接获得一定数量的球状石墨、碳化物和珠光体,并有效地降低了有害杂质的含量。重点研究了球墨铸钢的热疲劳性能。研究表明:球墨铸钢的耐热性能优于传统铸钢与锻钢40 Cr。The new type of wear-resisting and heat-resisting cast steel with spheroidal graphite was studied. By means of appropriate nodularizing treatment on the liquid of steel, a certain amount of spheroidal graphites, carbides and pearlites can be obtained in the final as-cast structure and the content of harmful impurity reduce effectively as well The thermal fatigue property of the spheroidal graphite cast steel was investigated emphatically in this paper. The results show that the spheroidal graphite cast steel has the excellent thermal fatigue property, and thus has a highly applied value in industry.
