摘 要:目的通过与非抑脂3D-SPGR序列比较,探讨抑脂efgre3D序列在3DDCE-MRA中显示胰周血管的优缺点。方法搜集32例行MRA检查的胰周血管正常的病例,随机分成A、B2组,A组采用抑脂efgre3D序列,B组采用非抑脂3D-SPGR序列,2组患者均采取一致的扫描参数,扫描后图像传至工作站重建,由2名放射科医师对重建图像质量及胰周血管显示情况采取盲法评分,经统计学分析后,评价2序列对胰周血管显示的差异。结果①在胰周血管显示方面,抑脂组的3DDCE-MRA优于非抑脂组,其中动脉之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),静脉间有统计学差异(P<0.01);②2组内,无论MIP或MPVR重建,对胰周静脉的显示,第2回合均优于第3回合,且有统计学差异(P<0.01);③在重建方法上,无论抑脂还是非抑脂组,MPVR均优于MIP,且有统计学差异(P<0.01);④2组图像质量间的比较,抑脂组图像总体上优于非抑脂组。结论抑脂efgre3D序列行3DDCE-MRA检查显示胰周血管优于非抑脂3D-SPGR序列。Objective To investigate the advantage and disadvantage of fat - suppressed efgre3D sequence in DCE - MRA of peripancreatic vessels, via comparing with the non fat - suppressed 3D - SPGR sequence. Methods Thirty two cases with normal peripancreatic vessels undergone obdominal MRA were randomly divided into group A and B ,fat -suppressed efgre 3D sequence and non fat -suppressed 3D- SPGR were performed in group A and group B respectively with the same parameters. After that,the original coronal data were transferred to the workstation for post -processing,the quality of images and peripancreatic vessels were blindly scored by two radiologists . The acquired scores were dealed with "t" test, and the difference in showing peripancreatic vessels between these two sequences. Results ①3D DCE -MRA with fat -suppressed was better than that of non fat -suppressed in displaying either arteries or veins,but there was significant difference only in showing veins;②In A and B groups,the second scanning was superior to the third in showing peripancreatic veins either through MIP or MPVR ( P 〈 0.01 ) ;③MIP was inferior to MPVR ( P 〈 0. 01 ) both in the fat - suppressed and non fat - suppressed groups ;④ The overall quality of images of fat - suppressed group was better than that in non fat - suppressed group. Conclusion Fat - suppressed efgre 3D is superior to non fat - suppressed 3D - SPGR in showing peripancreatic vessels.
