摘  要:研究了人工时效对RE变质ZA 84镁合金力学性能及阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,经人工时效后,其力学性能得到了显著提高,其中时效8 h后,其室温下的屈服强度提高了36%,抗拉强度提高了33%,150℃下的屈服强度提高了19%,抗拉强度提高了8%。合金时效后比铸态具有更加优良的阻尼性能。The effects of artificial aging on mechanical properties and damping capacity of ZA84 magnesium alloy with rare earth element (RE) were studied. The results show that after artificial aging, mechanical properties of magnesium alloy are increased highly. Compared with casting magnesium alloy, the yield strength of magnesium alloy with 8h aging increase 36%, and its tensile strength increase 33% at ambient temperature. The yield strength of magnesium alloy after aging increase 19%, and the tensile strength increase 8% at 150℃. After artificial aging,'the damping capacity of ZA84 magnesium alloy are increased not only at low temperature but also at high temperature.
