摘 要:研究了等离子渗碳处理对Ti-46.5Al-1.0V-2.5Cr(原子分数)合金耐磨性的影响。分别用OM、GDS、 XRD分析了渗碳层的显微组织、化学成分及组成相,并测试了其显微硬度和耐磨性。结果表明:经等离子渗碳处理后,TiAl基合金表面形成以Ti2AlC为主的渗碳层,该渗层与基体结合牢固;渗碳层成分由表及里呈梯度分布;表面显微硬度可达871 HV,是基体材料的近2倍,表面耐磨性也得到显著提高。The effect of plasma carburization treatment on the wear resistance of Ti-46.5Al-1.0V-2.5Cr (at.%) was investigated. The microstructure, composition and phases of the surface carburized layer were analyzed by means of OM、GDS and XRD, respectively. The hardness and wear resistance were also tested. The results show that Ti2AlC is acquired in the carburized layer, and the carburized layer is bonded to the TiAI substrate firmly; The composition of the surface carburized layer tapere from the surface to interior of TiAl; In comparison with TiAl substratc, the surface hardness ofcarburizing-treatcd TiAI is 871 HV, increase about 1 time, and its wear resistance is improved obviously.
