摘  要:目的:探讨信号转导子和转录激活子6(STAT6)及其mRNA在哮喘大鼠细支气管中的表达和细胞内定位分布规律。方法:采用免疫组化、组织原位杂交等技术,对变应原诱导的哮喘大鼠细支气管中的STAT6 及其mRNA的表达和定位进行研究。结果:STAT6及其mRNA在哮喘大鼠细支气管、终末细支气管及呼吸性细支气管上皮细胞中广泛表达。与对照组相比明显升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:由变应原诱导的哮喘大鼠,STAT6及其mRNA在其细支气管中的表达对哮喘的发病机制的探讨和疾病的防治有很大的意义。Objective: To explore the expression and cellular locallzation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 and its mRNA in the bronchioles of young rats with asthma. Methods: By the technique of immunohistry and hybridization in situ, the expression and localization of STAT6 and its mRNA were observed in the bronchioles of rats with asthma induce4 by allergen. Results: The STAT6 and its mRNA expression presented widely in the epithelial cells of bronchioles, terminal bronchioles and respiratory bronchioles of rats with asthma. Compared with control group, STAT6 and its mRNA in the epithelial cells of bronchioles, terminal bronchioles and respiratory bronchioles were obviously increased in asthma group. The difference between two groups was significant(P〈 0.01). Conclusion: The expression of STAT6 and its mRNA in the epithelial cells of bronchioles is of great importance in pathogenesis and control of asthma for the asthmatic rat induced by allergen.
